Are there extra costs?
Domain registration and renewal are separate, at cost. Paid tools specific to your business need your approval first. Major custom functionality and specialist work, such as YouTube production, are quoted separately. Our delivery tools are included.
Do I have to replace my existing website?
We review what you have, preserve useful content and agree on the changes. Special features and integrations are discussed before migration. If you leave, a free website export is included.
Where does AI fit in?
AI helps us prepare and carry out work. Sean sets the direction and reviews delivery. Cody, our AI assistant, can capture support requests; you can ask for a human, too.
Do you handle customers or paid ads?
You handle calls, inquiries, comments and messages. Paid advertising is outside the initial service. We start with the website, search, Google Business Profile and regular content.
